ref the operating costs

I'd love to know* the historic pre-promotion trends, and whether our high op costs relative to projected income is 'normal' or as a result of having splurged in the PL and still paying the price for it. Presume it includes player salaries etc?

(*be told, as I really cant be arsed looked back through annual reports)
