1st world problems.....

Currently in the Hyatt Regency in downtown Miami.
We are in the Panoramic suite on the 20th floor......and the room phone doesnt work.......shocking....had to actually use my cell phone for room service....

My years spent in the Barclay obviously toughened me up in these tight spots...
