or how i get to sleep usually is i load up some comedy shows on low volume with a 90 min timer (due to circadian rhythms it won't wake you up if you fall asleep in this time).

also avoid things like hot chocolate. but i guess whatever's best for you. if 1 thing doesn't work try something else.
