Won't happen, and regarding foreign workers - if we need them we'll let them in.

We have had migrant crop pickers in the fens working for Shropshires and Greens for as long as I can remember - well before any legislation was introduced. The only thing that will stop workers coming is if they will get paid more elsewhere. I'd be surprised with what is going on throughout Europe far right in the northern countries and Italy causing all sorts of problems if the euro as a currency is anything like it is now in three years time.
