I don't give a sh*t about recognition from people I don't care about

I care whether we do well or not.
I'd actually prefer it if the media paid very little notice of our successes - the higher profile they have the more likely they are to attract attention and leave.
If getting awards made them perform better I'd definitely want to win them, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't.
