I saw that he has had some serious issues. Very serious drink / gambling / mental health problems. I read that he is now tea total and doesn't gamble. I guess the mental health concerns will take longer to tackle.

I would have thought he would be worth giving a trial? Maybe find him a cottage in Gorleston or somewhere away from temptation (sorry Gorlestonians) to see if he can sort himself out. He is still only 26 so plenty of career ahead if he can get back on track?
