Doing a keto diet is not just eating a plate of bacon every day even if that may work..
A lot of the keto foods are linked to longer life and lowering your risk of cancers.
While the study you posted is a bit fluffy because it relied on people remembering what they ate over 25 years....a lot of the stuff/snacks they probably forgot had decent levels of carbs.
