As I recall though our away from wasn't great at that stage

We'd lost a few away games in the lead up to that so when i say it was a complete surprise I mean because it was an away game. I think we'd also been stuffed somewhere in another of our away games previous to that.

I can definitely recall sitting in the pub with a load of regular away followers before that game and nobody was very confident.

As you say though in general we were obviously doing better than I recall.
