ok, but do bear in mind that i am DIYslexic i.e.

down the years i've f**ked up more things with inept drilling and rawpluggering than you could waft a moderatley damp felix paalack at. wonky bathroom cabinets and mirrors, shelves on the huh and drilling about ten holes just to get the thing done.

this time i thought, thats a nice looking mirror there you cant but that up on the huh you melon have a shufty on the youtubes to see how the DIY ninjas do it.

First vid up ... yank: laser measures, templates, spirit level in a big ruler and he waffles on under his wig until i get hacked off. sidetracked no by the syrup i scroll down to see if anyone else has made that conclusion.

"why dont you just stretch some masking tape over the back of the picture, mark where the holes are, stick that to the wall and there's your drilling points? worked like a dream. honestly i couldn't have been happier if i'd woken up and could understand 6 languages.
