Put the Welsh lad in the hole give him licence to ill

Stick Sears right up top in a Jackson esque role and get a big bastard to make it stick. Might need to redeploy a centre half if they don't have a big bastard. Two run all day dogs of war in behind. Youth lads if need be. They will be the engine. The best/reliable passer behind them. Do they still have skuse, he might do a job there?
Full backs need to get up and down and sling early crosses in, should always be two strikers in the box and at least 1 mid runner. Centre backs will have to take care of themselves.
The keeper is decent enough for this level, that's something at least. Not feeling, the Bart man. Add some lads in January, they'll be ok.
