Worthy is a useless manager,a nd always has been. He couldnt motivate bees to get to honey. He needs some man-management skills, more knowledge of training methods, the ability to spot good players, tactical awareness, technical prowess, and pretty much all teh otehr things you need to be a good manager.

Every aspect of managerial skills- this guy lacks in abundance.
