Skipper Interview-FFS, The Man Is An IDIOT!!!

Sorry, I guess its been done to death already, but I've just read it-oh my good God, what can I say, I have never read such a load of complete and utter nonsense, arrogance, and doctored and patronising spin cum bulls**t from anyone connected with OUR football club...

The man is a fool. If he has, is, one of those trusted with the welfare of our football club, then God help it, and God help us.

Where do you start? So, the only way Worthington will leave is "...if he walks..."? Great! So Barry, if he decides he wants to be here for the next 3,4, 5 plus years, then, no matter WHAT happens, you and all of your colleagues will continue to back him? In which case, IF the club fails to achieve promotion next season, how much of the blame can be attributed to YOU, Mr Skipper?

Secondly, he harks on and on about how the situation is "nowhere near" how it was in 1996, and how he says "we mustn't worry", then, straight away, he adds, if we don't go up next season, then "drastic changes", yes, read that word again, "drastic" as in DRASTIC changes will have to be made?

If that doesn't suggest that the financial s**t would be about to hit the fan then I don't know what does. Yet we, apparantly, have "no need" to worry! FFS! Skipper, you are a buffoon, you shouldn't be responsible for, and sitting on, a board of MDF, let alone that of a progressive, well, we used to be, football club.

And the emotional drama, oooh, the nasty protests are worrying the familiies. Well, we'd better all shut up and dance around pre and post game singing nursery rhymes and handing out pretty bouquets hadn't we, Mr Skipper, can't go upsetting the fans-yet what, exactly, are you and the Board doing at the moment, yes, upsetting the fans and doing so even more with the utterly utterly ridiculous "interview" that you have just given.

Hasn't it occurred to you that the reason that people are protesting is because of the failings of the club, seemingly, at all levels, right to the top-you and your colleagues are breeding an air of indifference and incompetence, that is your policy, you then dare, you f**king DARE to question us for objecting to it, and yet you can't see just how pathetic, how limp, how very very , well, tragic, that is, you are, and your stance is?

Heres a question. Why don't you walk. Now. This morning. Clear your desk, hand in the keys, drive away, never ever come back. I don't care what you did for the club x" years ago, what I do care about is what you are doing to it now. You are nothing, leave, get out of my football club. And do it now.
