Apols, I'm off on one again!!

Barry Skipper is quoted: ?That's why I am passionately hoping that people will get behind us at the moment and let's leave all the bother, if we've got to have bother, till we get to the close season,?

Do you not see it Mr Skipper? Do you not quite grasp the situation here? In fact have you watched us play at all (particularly away) this season? We would be behind the team 100% if they didn't take the piss by not turning up for games. Pointless second-rate loan signings, playing men out of position, no tactics, no plans, no ideas, gutless, passionless, abject displays, and dramitically under-performing this season to the point that it takes the piss. This is why we're where we are at now.

People haven't created bother. Neither are they looking for bother. They are expressing their views of the current sit-u-aye-shun. The Board are giving out the message that they're prepared to accept woeful and consistant under-performance. Don't you think that's reason enough to stir the passions from within?

The Board are made of people from a business background. Please tell me any other industry that would be so tolerant of under-performance to the point that they sit on their hands? The swaggering arrogance that pervades from Carrow Road is a recipe for disaster. A couple of years ago Marks and Spencers arrogantly thought they had everything right, despite declining revenues. Finally they were woken up at the brink that they had to act and do something to pull the business back if it had to survive. How long is it going to take our board of businessmen to wise up? Do they really want to keep things the way they are, till Norwich City Football Club are taken to the brink, before acting? Succeeding in business practise is about being proactive. Being reactive is admitting to being second best. What's it to be for NCFC? Where do the Boards business plans have us in the future? Consistant Premiership performer, or Coca Cola League mid-table fodder? Haven't we a right to know, and have our say as to the future of our football club that lies in the heart of our community?

The message from the supporters who are the very life blood of the club Mr Skipper is that what is happening with Norwich City Football Club is wholly unacceptable. Everything that Board held dear about their special relationship with the supporters of NCFC, is slowly and irrevocably eroding. The choice you have is startlingly simple. Prepare to repair the damage now, or just prepare to belligerently sit on your hands and await failure.
