Processor Comparison

Anyone know any processor benchmark comparison sites or can tell me if an AMD Athlon XP 2800+ 2.08GHz is better than an AMD Sempron 3000+ 1.79GHz?

athlon is a slightly faster processor but best sticking to Pentium ones as more reliable
