if every game last season ...

had gone the way the balance of play justified (i.e. take out all the good/bad luck both ways) we would have got about 20 points. I can think of some games where we deserved a draw but lost, but virtually none where we deserved to win but didn't. In fact I can think of far more where we won despite not deserving to. So we actually generally got the rub of the green last season but STILL only got just over 30 points.
