Are the board waiting for NW to resign?...

this is the feeling i am getting.

Skippers comments hinted at such a scenario. Such a scenario would be finacially beneficial to the club.

Are the board hoping that NW finds the situation so intolerable that he can't stand it anymore in the hope that they can give him cheap pay off?

This is a dangerous game to play as if NW digs his feet in it will get messy.
