what tariff you're on. The longer you stick to old contracts/tariffs the less competitive all round deal you get.

I'm with O2 who recently phoned me to ask if I was happy with their service. I said yes. They said Great, have double free minutes and texts for the next 6 months then. Thank you I said. If you show them your happy to give them your business, you will get something in return.
