A real protest

Perhaps the only real protest we can make is one which categorically displays the number of 'Worthy outers'. If we could actually measure the number of people amongst the usual home support who want him out then we, and the Board, would know, beyond dispute, what the strength of feeling was.

Well, it can be done! But it would take one hell of an effort and it would mean people making a real sacrifice to demonstrate the force of feeling.

What I suggest is that if you want Worthington out you simply do not attend the next (or ANY one particular prearranged) home match Either just don't go, or go and just stand outside.

Of course, it is an idea that can be rubbished and half-hearted people will say we have the right to watch all games etc. and you do, certainly, but if you feel strongly enough about this (and many do) then surely giving up watching rubbish for one game isn't too high a price to pay.

The thing is that IF (and it's a big if) this was properly organised the board would have a REAL figure to put on the number of Worthy outers! If the crowd is only 8,000 say then they would know that as many as 14/15 000 want him out...impossible for them to ignore!

OK tell me it's a bad idea and tell me it'll never work but that's the sort of weakness people like Skipper are exploiting with their patronising, insulting remarks.
