What more is there to be said?

The damage has been done. I don't give a rat's arse who you appoint as manager - he is still not going to be able to make a silk purse from the current sow's ears without a total overhaul of the squad.

Everything we knew when Worthy signed these players - and we all know who I'm talking about - has been proved totally 100% accurate. Every failing that was apparent in their first outings is still glaringly obvious. Don't give me "One of the best squads in the league" because it is total bollocks. Yes we have a few of the top players in the league, but look at what they are surrounded with.

What scares me is that we can't afford to get rid of them. Not only are they here for another 1 to 3 years, they are on big wages. You wonder why we have a small squad? It's because we've gambled on "quality" (And boy do I use that term loosely) over quantity, and equated that with paying high wages. I would be willing to wager we have one of the highest wage bills in the league, coupled with the 3rd smallest squad. There's a good reason players wages are kept confidential - I suspect you would faint if you heard just how much some of these turkeys are taking home each week.
