its a top to bottom rebuild job.

we are roughly 20 games in. it will take time. we were in a real mess last season with huge wages, aged squad unhappy players and no scouting network... we didnt even have a left back. this will take time. it will be s**t for a bit but will get better. for the first ti.e in a long time there seems to be a plan - everytime i hear webber he makes sense. give him time.
