Football is not a non-contact sport

Contact is not a foul - making non-foul contact look like a foul by exaggerating it is clearly a dive.
That said, this is far, far from being the worst instance of diving this season and pretty much nobody has been banned so far. Why pick on this one? - they've basically already set a precedent that diving is OK or plenty of people would have been banned already.
