On the one hand I am kicking myself for not first waiting to see from early adopters whether it was a decent service, and then for not first delving into the detail before purchasing but 1) I am not even sure the detail was there and 2) after 20+ years working in and consuming IT and having used the NFL's solution for the last few years I made the assumption that either it would work as a full solution or that if it had teething problems they would be working nights and weekends to solve it and/or give partial refunds, and at least have direct customer support social media
