that's not true - i've been open minded about him

I never really got all the over-the-top worship of him before he'd done anything, seemingly based solely on the fact that he was German and unknown. But I certainly didn't write him off.

And I'm not writing him off now; just that at the moment it's not working, and he is going to have to adapt and improve if he's going to be a successful manager for us.
