Wondered if you could help me out with something - thought you'd be best placed given your travels.

I promised a while ago that I would send a football to a collector in Mexico & only just remembered I said I would so thought would get it of to him & would be a nice surprise when it arrived.

He gave me the address when we originally spoke, but there's no commas and stuff in it - not clear to me what's the street / town / district & just wondered if you could tell me how to write it out on the parcel - I gather postal reliability isn't great in Mexico so wanted to make it as clear as possible.

I could ask him but that would then somewhat spoil the surprise, so wondered if you could help?
