Noble indeed but how many are self sustaining?

Ask Chelsea Man city Cardiff Bournemouth Wolves etc whether they would have preferred the investment or not. I want to see Norwich win and be successful and if that means investment from elsewhere so be it. I think Delia has been brilliant for the club but I also think she is beginning to reach her 'sell by date' purely because she is not rich enough. I know some on here disagree and would rather we tick along staying out of large debt which is fine - its only opinions after all.
