Playing the way we do at home I don't think Jerome is ideal

Nothing against him his effort is always great and away from home he's ideal in many games but with the way we play at home we need a striker who is clinical and also who can make something for themselves.

There's not a great deal wrong with how we are playing at home but I feel we also need to be more intense from the outset. We need to come out and try and blitz teams early and try and get ahead.
