I don't think we have the right type of forwards to play the game that we play.

This for me is our biggest problem at the moment.

There's no doubting the quality of Jerome. He's proven at this level consistently but I don't think I've seen one game this season where we've truly played to his strengths. Jerome is a tireless worker but he needs someone playing off him to fill the space he creates.

Olivera is another one. Very good player when fit. He's obviously a quality asset at this level but again I don't feel he's really suited to our style of play at the moment. Although he's a bit better suited admittedly than Jerome, he's not what we need. Olivera is energetic but for me plays too deep for what we need. He makes some great runs but seems to be on a slightly different wavelength to our midfield and the way we move forward.

Personally I see either one or both of Jerome and Olivera leaving next summer, if not before and I think it will be better for all parties if we are set to continue playing the way we do.

We need a true goal poacher right now. Someone who is in and around that box and can convert those snapshot chances that our creative midfield try to make.
