Is there a website, right, into which I can enter a departure airport

and an eventual destination airport, and it'll calculate routes and connections etc to give options from getting from one airport to another given that there aren't direct flights? Does such a thing exist? I've found a squillion flight booking sites that'll build a multi-flight itinerary, but only if you manually tell it each of the stops.

Such a thing must exist, no?
