I agree....

Having walked around the stadium yesterday it is looking very tired. The ticket collection portacabin looked like something from a Ryman League ground, the whole area just felt like a dirty abandoned factory.
I feel sorry for their long suffering fans they deserve better, there’s me moaning about the lack of wifi in the City Stand, don’t anyone ever criticise the facilities at Carrow Road! It just goes to show what a couple of seasons in the prem and good financial management can achieve
