Hmmm. FLA is thinly veiled in my opinion

As I work closely with those at the sharp end of of CT my view may be clouded but the premise of gov and agencies not doing enough is frankly a thin gruel of a reason to exist.

CT stats are difficult to draw conclusions from as there is an awful lot of context around headline figures.
