Never be intimidated by cyclists. We have skinny little arms. Like dinosaurs.

And more generally, my pre-breakfast cycling sessions are nothing to be impressed by, really. Only 30 minutes or so.

Not actually very fit at the moment. Have not done much since that 220 mile ride at the beginning of September - I need a new event or something for next year to actually get me to focus a bit, once we're in the new year.
