Academy status?

The Norwich have a top rated academy and for that I think your have to employ x number of staff or at least spend a certain about of money on it each season?

The biggest advantage of a top status academy is that you can go to clubs with lower ranked academies and sign their best young players. The other club can't stop you from doing that. Obv the young player has to agree.
