Recall them taking action against a local brewery (I think) a few years ago under McNally

That was obviously where the other party were seeking to make financial gain from using the badge.

Circumstances are different here, don't know if that would preclude any action though; I would assume it would be on the basis of assumed links between the club and the FLA, and any detriment caused to the clubs reputation.
