Indeed but I think issue is that media rights constructions are antiquated in the current

global environment. My only guess is that the current structure suits them financially. And if that is the case we’d have to wait for a single new groundbreaking service to pop up and challenge the big players sufficiently that they follow suit. Not holding out much hope. But in the meantime they’ll whinge and whine about people downloading stuff.

They have to understand it’s about availability, not about getting stuff for free.
