It's been slightly liberating to

see I can control some of this

It does mean I have to sit there when I know the answer to something. You guys all know what I'm like, I have a good recall memory. It makes me a useful inventory for general questions

Imagine me in the job last week not getting up and racking my brains to help. Instead I've just being going "I'm not sure, I don't even recognise the study". At various times I know the exact study, but I know she'll get irritated at the work process needed to complete it. So she puts it to one side and I think "well that's my boss whose going to get that earful instead of me trying to explain it"

The other reason to keep my knowledge to myself is she can easily ask me a question and if I answer immediately she will go (true example) "ALRIGHT CLEVER CLOGS"

So new pants from now on, dumb pants :)
