Presumably socialism to the rich is okay then? Because that's

exactly what happened with the banking crisis. the wealthy and influential gambled and lost but socialism (state) bailed them/subsidised their behaviour. Not only that, Russian communism had NOTHING to do with socialism. Can't people like you realise that there are degress of left-wing just as there are with right-wing?! Why is someone left wing always compared to post-war Soviet Russia?
