So Ralf apart from schoolyard comments do you have an intelligent one to make?

10% to 2.5% of GDP is a fact. Do you have anything worthwile to say. I know this board is 99% Labour but it does get tiring when all you can do is make trite comments and claim to be intellecotual superior. All very childish.
