have to remember that he went from being a player to being a premier league manager in just a handful of seasons, without really having any time in between to hone his skills - his only full, uninterrupted, seasons were in Scot div 1 and the PL. He only had, what, 1 full and 2 half seasons of experience before joining us?
Compare and contrast with Farke who has had 7/8 years of managerial experience before us with a solid block of time at his first club.
Neil will be a decent manager when he's at an equivalent point in Farke's career.
