Farke has got players like Klose and Tettey taking responsibility. Both have always been good players, no doubt, but both have tended to be quite carefree characters who have not always perhaps taken on the role in the team that you would expect senior players to take. Klose admitted as much in his recent interview and seems to be relishing taking on more of a "leadership" role. I see the same with Tettey as well. Senior pros, taking responsibility with their actions and not just with words. Pinto also been excellent as captain as well.
