I know some have suggested avoiding confrontation.....

but my feeling is this has gone on for this long because you have not stood up for yourself and this person thinks they can walk over you.

I would confront the person and (without being rude) tell them you are unhappy with the way you are being treated. I would ask someone you trust to stand with you when you do it in case it becomes a "he said she said"

If that doesn't work then approach HR, if that doesn't work SUE the f**k out of the company, they deserve it.
