If my bosses don't like the way another colleague is speaking to me

and have been nudging me to raise a complaint

What should I do?

What's your other halves experience of dealing with conflict with employees? I've ignored this person for 17 months even though I get the blame for everything and anything I do or say (social or work relalted is ridiculed). I so far have refused to raise a complaint against her because in my experience HR's let this roll on forever and disciplinaries go on forever (meanwhile I still sit there and have my working misery fourfolded)

Has she got experiences of these things actually working out, or should I just intervene and ask for a desk move (and watch from afar as another employee loses their s**t with her within about 3 weeks nevermind 17 months. That's 17 months and counting cos I don't have a complaint innit)
