Words fail me about posts on here sometimes.

The term 'footballing philosophy' shouldn't even bloody exist.

It's pretty basic stuff but surely a sign of a good manager is one that is willing to change and react to negative situations. The fact that he identified a plan and quickly with such success implemented it to build a run of 5 games unbeaten should* be applauded?

Two home games and four serious and pretty basic finishes (for a championship level player) away from four more points....

And still people moan
