Any lap top experts on here?

Knowing the wrath is the font of all knowledge I'm looking for some advice.

Just been given a quote for 10 lap tops for teachers at a school to use in class etc. The IT department from my local authority are quoting me the following:

10 Stone i3 laptops with 1206gb ssd - 15.6 p10a notebook, core i3-6100U 2.30 ghz, 4gb ddr3 ram, 2mp webcam, windows 10 pro, intel wireless ac-8260 plus warranty for 3 years.

Quote is £4650.00 (that is less a pre sxchange discount of £1,848) so actual price would be originally £6498 - so about £650 per lap top.

I have never heard of Stone as a make and the spec does not mean a great deal to me.

Anybody used a stone lap top or have any views on the spec they are offering?
