I never cease to be amazed by the FA

Think it was the Chairman on 5Live earlier, after the interviewer establishing they new about the report when appointing him, and asking why they didn't think to read it:

(paraphrasing) 'I didn't read it because it's sacrosanct in safeguarding cases to maintain confidentiality and it wasn't appropriate to read into it further after he was cleared'

But lo and behold, at a time when the FA is facing a lot of negative PR around him, it is suddenly very appropriate to publicly refer to the report and its contents in a way that suggests very highly that he was caught shagging one of his students?

I wonder what level of compensation a destroyed career in international football management gets you?
