The linesman was right there but didn't see it after getting a load of grief for that terrible ghoul kick/corner decision. The ref wasn't far away wither, though he might've been distracted by Maddison going down just beforehand

It should've been a yellow at the very least and a red would've been fair enough.

The ref was dreadful, lost control of it I thought. Lino not much better
