we've seen it in Rwanda - did f**k all (US Govt even going so far as to say "we would prefer not to use the word 'genocide' as that creates certain legal obligations")

we've seen it in Darfur - doing f**k all

Something close to it is happening in Yemen - doing f**k all because we sell kit to the Saudis

It's very obviously happening in Myanmar - doing f**k all

The only time I can think of where we've actually done anything to try to stop this sort of thing is Kosovo, because it was on our doorstep (or maybe it was because they had the right colour skin for us to care about)
