Is hooliganism an age thing?

Link on the pink un shows the t**ts running into the Norwich stand at the end as middle aged men and son said all the blades fans on his train who were his age 20 were fine to talk too. Maybe they are harking back to the 70's n 80's when they were 'hard'!
