I think i've seen a valuation of about £60m somewhere but that was

possibly using the £100 per share value that has been used for new shares issued in recent years.

That would make Delia and MWJ's stake worth around £36m but in truth its only worth what someone will pay them for it.

With the parachute payments running out this year our value will presumably plummet and if we start racking up debts we could be available quite cheaply in the future.

As I've said though they have always made public statements to the effect that they don't expect to see any money back from their investment so if they turned around and demanded £36m for their stake (which they would of course be entitled to do) it would be somewhat irritating given that their net investment over the years is I think around £6m. Mind you they may have been saying that because they are steadfast that they won't sell!
