But - depends what time you leave and what traffic is like.

THEREFORE - ten mins before you leave, while Mrs Bay is faffing around doing who knows what and you are twiddling your thumbs waiting for her, instead of shouting impatiently "What are you DOING? We need to GO!" fire up both Apple maps and Google maps and see what they say about traffic conditions and predicted journey times.
