I have Travelex Globe Travel Passport which I use

on my regular diving holidays all over the world without any problems. This is a prepaid card which can be topped up anywhere using the app. (The only time it has been refused is on a flight because my name is not on the card even though there was a couple on grand in the account) Readily acceptable in hotels, bars, live-aboard shops & any ATM.
